   These programs, funded by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services and governed by the Community Youth Development Steering Committee, allow youths to explore the media and the outdoors.
   These youths are taking classes in which they are learning about newspaper writing and photography, video, radio and how to create Web sites.
