   Head coach: Al Sims
   Last season: The IceRays had their worst season since arriving in Corpus Christi, finishing 16-35-13 (45 points) and in last place in their division of the Central Hockey League. Hall took over as head coach midway through the season in an effort to turn around a struggling team.
   This season: With Hall back behind the bench and continuing his duties as general manager, the IceRays have begun to revamp their roster for their fifth campaign.

   This season: Once again, the Javelinas are the favorites to dominate the LSC South Division. The team also was picked No. 6 and No. 7 in the nation in two preseason polls.
