What is a web-based email?
An e-mail service that you read off the Web, using Internet browsers like Netscape or Internet Explorer. You can read your e-mail anywhere in the world, for example in airports, or in public libraries, any where you can access the Internet. You do not need to own a connection to the Internet to have a web-based e-mail, and there's no software to download, install or configure.
Who qualifies? Are there any charges for this?

I already own an e-mail account through my ISP. Why do I need a web-based email?
There are many reasons why CORPUSMAIL might still be desirable:-
- You may have already discovered that you cannot access your ISP in many places outside of your local dialing area, or if you can, it may require a little bit more set up than you would appreciate. Web e-mails can be accessed using any popular browser and over any Internet connection anywhere in the world.
- You can book your entire family on CORPUSMAIL, free of charge. Each one can have their own private individual e-mail with their own password and login name. Or you can have a special e-mail where the entire family can access the contents, for example, TheSimpsons@corpusmail.com, where the password is available to Homer, Bart, or Marjorie.
What if I have an e-mail from the office?

- You can also redirect e-mails from your office e-mail account to the web-based e-mail account so that you can check your e-mail even when you are on the road.
What other advantages are there?
