Barbara R. TraynorARANSAS PASS -- Barbara Renee Traynor, formerly of New York City, died Jan. 21, 1999. She was 59. Clyde E. HelbertTEMPLE -- Clyde Etter Helbert, a retired Santa Fe Railroad locomotive engineer and a member of Western Hills Church of Christ and the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, died Jan. 20, 1999. He was 91. Survivors include his wife, Edith; four sons, John Helbert of Phoenix, Ariz., Edward and Jimmie Helbert, both of Temple and Joe Helbert of Lawrenceville, Ga.; two daughters, Anna Altizer of Austin and Emma Barnes of Corpus Christi; two brothers, J.C.
