Survivors include three sons, Yreneo Israel Ramos Jr. of Alice, Mario Luis Ramos of Lake Charles, La., and Marshall Ramos Sr. of Ben Bolt; four daughters, Maria Guillory of Lake Charles, Avelinda Loera of Odessa, Frances Rosas and Evangelina Cantu, both of Alice; a brother, Jose Valadez of Kingsville; three sisters, Ester Garza of Alice, Concepcion Hasette and Lucia Reynosa, both of Kingsville; 28 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Daniel R. Flores

    ROCKPORT -- Daniel Rodriguez Flores, formerly of Aransas Pass, died Dec. 27, 1998. He was 38. Earl Kolosick

    MATHIS -- Evangelina "Eva" Rodriguez, formerly of San Benito, died Dec. 27, 1998. She was 74. Survivors include seven sons, Juan Rodriguez of New Mexico, Armando, Gilberto, Cecilio, Enrique and Israel Rodriguez Sr., and Jose Rodriguez Sr., all of Fort Worth; two sisters, Olga Silva and Dora Rodriguez, both of San Benito; a brother, Jose Garcia of Fullerton, Calif.; 24 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. George T. McManus

Hattie Mae Pittman

    PORTLAND -- Hattie Mae Pittman, a member of First Baptist Church, died Dec. 28, 1998. She was 92.     Ignacio O. "Nacho" Galvan, a bass guitarist, formerly of Chicago, died Dec. 23, 1998. He was 66.     James Allen Wheeler died Dec. 27, 1998. He was 48.     ALICE -- Jose R. Cuevas, a retired Goodyear Tire Co. employee and an Army veteran, died Dec. 26, 1998. He was 71.     Juan C. Hinojosa, a retired civil servant and Marine Corps veteran of World War II, died Dec. 26, 1998. He was 80.     ALICE -- Leon Dyer, a retired employee of Delta Drilling Co., and member of West Main Baptist Church, died Dec. 27, 1998. He was 89. Margie Rollins

    LEAKEY -- Margie Rollins, a teacher, church musician and member of Frio Canyon Baptist Church, formerly of Kerrville and Corpus Christi, died Dec. 26, 1998. She was 61.
