Grammys plan return to NYC

   NEW YORK - After a four-year hiatus, the Grammy Awards will return to New York next year - and it was a phone call from Mayor Michael Bloomberg that sealed it.
   "We talked about the importance of bringing the Grammys back to New York," Michael Greene, head of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, said. The awards show will be Feb. 23, 2003, at Madison Square Garden.
