Show helps parents, kids
PBS affiliate KEDT will air "Talking to Kids About Terrorism and Violence" at 1:30 p.m. today (it will re-air at 8:30 p.m. Friday).
The program features Dr. David Walsh, president and founder of the National Institute on Media and the Family, who gives advice about interpreting tragic news events for children of various ages.
KEDT's educational services Web site (www.kedt.org/ed) also has links to information about helping young children deal with violence and the attack on America.
