SAN ANGELO OUTLAWS AT CORPUS CHRISTI ICERAYS

   TIME: 7:05 p.m.
   COVERAGE: The IceRays are carried on KCCG-FM (107.3). Pregame coverage starts at 6:30 p.m.
   RECORDS: IceRays 1-5-2 (4 pts.); Outlaws 4-4-0 (8 pts.).
   NEXT GAME: Corpus Christi travels to Austin Friday night for it first meeting against the Ice Bats.
   THE SCOOP: The IceRays are winless in their last five games, but signed three players Wednesday to help alleviate their scoring problems. Back is F Layne Roland, who scored 43 points (23 goals, 20 assists) last season. Also signed were Fs Ryan Davis and Jarret Zukiwsky. Roland ranks eighth all-time in goals scored for the IceRays with 35. . . . San Angelo is 1-3-0 on the road. The IceRays' lone win came at home against Amarillo. . . . Corpus Christi is averaging 42.4 penalty minutes per game, while the Outlaws bring in an average of 25.6 penalty minutes per game. . . . The IceRays and Outlaws have the worst power-play percentages in the league. San Angelo is just 3 of 43 (7 percent) on the power play, while Corpus Christi is 1 of 40 (2.5 percent). . . .
