       BEEVILLE
Autopsy shows no foul play in death
A 24-year-old Beeville woman whose body was found in her apartment Friday afternoon likely wasn't the victim of foul play, according to initial autopsy reports, police said.
But Beeville police said they would continue to treat Daisy Longoria-Adams' death as a homicide until official autopsy results are received, said Beeville police Lt. Rick Smith. Reports indicated no obvious signs of foul play, he said.
"Until the paperwork is in my hand, I won't back off the investigation," he said. "I still believe someone was with her at the time of her death."
Smith said several things were knocked over in her apartment, but there were no signs of forcible entry and nothing was taken from the apartment.
