Kasparov falls behind in chess match series

Associated Press

LONDON - World chess champion Garry Kasparov, failing again Sunday to gain an advantage with the white pieces, settled for a draw in the 13th game of his championship match against Vladimir Kramnik after only 14 moves.
Kasparov has dominated the chess world for the last 15 years, but his reign could be about to end: He remains two games down in the 16-game match with only three games left to play.
After the game, Kasparov seemed resigned and subdued. Asked what was wrong, he hinted at problems away from the board.
"It's a long story and I'll tell more after the match," he said.
